What does “one active request at a time” mean?
We focus on a single request — your highest priority — until it’s ready for your review. Then we move to the next in your queue. This keeps quality high and avoids the half-finished, spread-thin work you get from juggling everything at once. You can queue as many requests as you like and reorder them whenever you want.
How much work can I expect each month?
It depends entirely on what you send — a one-line fix and a new landing page aren’t the same lift, and your review time factors in too. So rather than promise a task count we can’t honestly guarantee, we promise this: every two business days you’ll get a deliverable, a status update, or a time estimate. You’ll always know exactly where things stand.
Can you build me a custom plugin or theme?
If a request needs a bit of custom code to solve it, that’s included in the Care + Queue plan — you’re buying the solution, and how we build it is on us. If the build itself is what you’re after — a bespoke plugin or a custom theme from scratch — that’s a Priority-plan offering, since those are open-ended projects that deserve their own focus. If a request is really a build in disguise, we’ll tell you up front and give you an estimate.
Do you handle WooCommerce?
Yes. WooCommerce support is included from the Care plan up. For payments we use the official gateway plugins for whatever processor you choose — Stripe and PayPal are the usual picks.
How do I get started?
Pick a plan above, or book an intro call if you’d like to talk first. Once you’re signed up, we’ll run a quick onboarding to gather what we need and get your project board (and Slack, on Priority) set up — your first request can be underway within one business day.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. We ask for a one-month minimum to get going. After that, pause or cancel anytime — billing runs month to month through Stripe, and you keep everything we’ve built.
Do I have to host my site with you?
Nope. You can keep your existing host. If you’d like us to handle hosting, we’ll migrate your site for free.
